Custom-made LVDT sensors

Besides our standard products in stock for a plenitude of industrial applications our strength is the customized development of exclusive sensors und system solutions.

Inductive sensor, SL-series with a measuring range up to 300 mm, connection cable with special length and pluggable cable electronics KAB.


Flange types

Inductive sensor for hydraulic systems (400 bar) with a measuring range up to 500 mm, special flange with a small outside diameter. The sensor is pressure-resistant up to 30 bar at the connector end.



Inductive sensor, SM-series, pressure-resistant up to 150 bar, flange with a radial o-ring sealing and screw flange.


Complete development of sensors

Inductive sensor, pressure-resistant up to 150 bar. Extremely compact design with 4 mm measuring range, flange with thread M18, connector Lemo, sensor working temperature up to 200 °C.



Inductive sensor, SM-series, spring loaded, measuring range 25 mm, integrated sealing ring and ceramic push rod (zirconium oxide), sensor working temperature up to 200 °C, protection class IP68.

Application: measurement of coating thickness in a cathodic dip coating bath with subsequent drying in an oven.

Special feature: Combination of temperature resistance and protection class IP68. Parts of the spring loaded sensor mechanics must not be coated in the cathodic dip bath.



Inductive sensor, pressure-resistant up to 150 bar, measuring range from 4 mm up to max. 16 mm depending on sensor version. Spring loaded and push rod versions available, extremely compact design, flange with thread M14, different cable and connector versions available, sensor working temperature up to 200 °C.



Pressure-resistant housing made of titanium up to 1000 bar, with a sensor working temperature up to 230°C.



Inductive sensor for hydraulic systems (150 bar) with a measuring range from 10...16 mm, housing shortened, different types available (push rod, push guided, spring loaded), axial /radial caple and connector output.
